Terms and Conditions for Little Lullaby Club
Disclaimers
- Clients must follow the safe sleep practices recommended by current SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) and AAP recommendations. Please refer to AAP and the Red Nose Safe Sleep Recommendations for detailed guidelines.
- Little Lullaby Club promotes safe sleeping practices which include room-sharing but strictly prohibit bed-sharing.
- Clients are required to disclose any medical information or conditions that their child has/may have to Little Lullaby Club. If your child has any medical conditions, you agree to check with your GP before commencing sleep support.
- Clients must ensure that all information provided in the sleep support intake form is to the best of their knowledge.
- Screenshots of communication and information regarding your child’s sleep improvements and celebrations can be used for marketing with all names and identifying features removed unless permission has been approved.
- The sleep consultation services provided by Little Lullaby Club are intended to offer guidance and support based on the information provided by the client. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, or healthcare advice.
- Your sleep plan is tailored for your baby and family and should not be shared with anyone else. Anyone found to be sharing sleep plans and guide/s will be liable for the cost of the sleep plan and guide/s.
- Your 14 days of sleep support will commence the day after the consultation call/Zoom, unless an agreed arrangement has been made between Little Lullaby Club and you.
- Follow up support must be used for 14 consecutive days. Support may be paused due to illness or emergency exceptions that have been agreed upon. Support must commence within 30 days from pausing.
- Little Lullaby Club will be available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The 14-day support period includes weekend days but no support may be given on these days. Night One sleep support will be until 8pm Monday-Friday.
- All materials, guides, and resources provided by Little Lullaby Club remain the intellectual property of Little Lullaby Club and are for the client's personal use only. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without permission is prohibited.
Sleep Plan Guidelines and Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to actively participate in the implementation of the sleep plan. The success of the plan largely depends on the client's commitment to following the recommended methods consistently. In order for changes to happen, you must be consistent with the full sleep plan and recommendations. If you do not, and your child’s sleep does not improve, you will not be entitled to a refund. You will see a reduced level of successful outcomes if you only follow parts of the plan.
- Most results are seen within 10-14 days with but not limited to: consistency, dedication, persistence, appropriate and correct use of methods and advice, child’s needs/age/medical conditions/illness, individual results varying, communication with the client and Little Lullaby Club, implementing the plan properly. Individual results may vary.
- All communication during the consultation period will be conducted via the agreed-upon channels (e.g., email, phone, or video calls). Clients should ensure they are available and responsive to these communications to facilitate the consultation process. If Little Lullaby Club does not hear from you it is assumed that everything is going well and you need no extra support.
- Ensure that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund policy before proceeding with the purchase/consultation.
Payment
- Payment for packages and guides is required in full prior to the commencement of any consultation.
- A refund will not be offered if the client is dissatisfied with the results.
- The stated price is in NZD.
- Little Lullaby Club reserves the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. Consultations will not take place with outstanding invoices, and no sleep plan will be issued unless payment is made in full via the website. Any outstanding debt to Little Lullaby Club will be referred to a debt collector.
Cancellations
- More than 7 working days in advance: If you need to cancel your consultation more than 7 working days before the scheduled consultation date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
- Within 7 working days of the scheduled consultation date: Cancellations made within 7 working days of the scheduled consultation date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your consultation once without any additional fees, provided the request is made more than 7 working days in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 7 working days of the scheduled start date may be subject to availability and an additional fee.
Emergency Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel/postpone/reschedule due to an emergency, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.

No Medical Advice:
- Little Lullaby Club does not provide or replace any medical advice. Clients should always consult a GP or healthcare professional for any medical concerns or situations.
Liability:
- Information provided Little Lullaby Club is to be used at your own risk
- Little Lullaby Club is not responsible for any injuries or adverse events that occur while following the sleep plan. The client is responsible for the health and safety of their child at all times.
- By purchasing a package or guide from Little Lullaby Club, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
